Every item I buy has a price where I will say, “I refuse to pay that much” or “I’m stocking up because this is a fantastic deal!” Now Rock Bottom Prices are those prices where you want to stock up! You can’t always get Rock Bottom Prices, but you can do your best to stock up when do you DO see them. If stock up today on enough toilet paper to last until the next time you see that Rock Bottom Price, you will never overpay for toilet paper again! This is where your stockpile comes into play. You have a stockpile of items that you got at Rock Bottom Prices, spending the least amount possible for the most products!
I have created a nice little cheat sheet for you to see what I believe Rock Bottom Prices to be on many items. Not all items are on here, of course, but it will give you a great base to start with. Again, not all of these prices are available in all areas. Some areas are either more or less expensive than others. While I can commonly find milk in New Mexico for about $2/gallon, someone in California may find that $3/gallon is a steal.
Feel free to print my cheat sheet or make one of your own. It will make shopping, and ensuring you don’t over pay so much easier!
