TheraBreath is a full oral system that works to fight off bad breath. When I was asked to try it, I was a little nervous, but who wants bad breath? I figured it was worth a shot, it’s all-natural! I was sent a tube of TheraBreath toothpaste, TheraBreath Oral Rinse and a box of TheraBreath Mouth Wetting Lozenges. Each bottle/box says it helps prevent dry mouth and stops bad breath. Hmmm, sounds interesting, right?!
I tried the toothpaste right away. It worked well, but took some getting used to. I am used to a foamy mouth full of gunk that tastes minty, this just cleaned and that was it. I then used the Oral Rinse, which, when I think of a mouth wash I think of a strong, burn-your-mouth type of thing, but this didn’t burn at all. It doesn’t have much flavor at all, actually. I used this for several days and noticed the difference mainly when I woke up in the mornings. My mouth didn’t feel gross and sticky when I woke up, if that makes any sense. I normally wake up and my mouth is dry and feels kind of sticky, but it quit happening when I used the TheraBreath products! SCORE! The Mouth Wetting Lozenges work really well. Your mouth feels refreshed and it does help with any bad breath.
Now the test was my husband, because he is normally against anything that “out of the ordinary.” I got him to try everything though and he’s hooked on the Lozenges. When I asked what he thought about the toothpaste and oral rinse, he said he really liked it. It is different because after you are done brushing your teeth with a “normal” toothpaste you have a minty taste in your mouth. While you don’t have that with TheraBreath, your teeth will feel clean and within a day or two you will really notice a difference.
TheraBreath has an entire line of products to help with oral care. Do get canker sores inside your mouth? I hate them! Well……studies have found that the ingredient sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) which is found in most toothpastes can cause a breakdown of the tissues in the mouth, leading to canker sores! So your TOOTHPASTE may be causing you to get those annoying sores. TheraBreath is one of the only toothpastes that does not contain SLS.
