When my kids were still babies, I hated having to take a stroller out with us. It just never seemed to fit in tight spaces or it was a pain to fold down or another long list of complaints I always had with my strollers. I always used a carrier with my kids while we were out. I never really loved the carrier, but it was easier than a stroller. Now that I am working with Britax, I have learned they have a new Baby Carrier that I am gaga over! Why wasn’t this around when my kids were babies?!
Here’s what makes it so amazing:
The Britax Baby Carrier was designed with a waist support band, which they call the CarryLong (TM) Weight Distribution System. This helps to relieve stress off of the shoulders, hips and back. Britax wanted to ensure their carrier was comfortable for extended wear by the parent, make it easy to use and comfortable for the child in addition to their always most important child safety.
This carrier is the most amazing carrier on the market (if I do say so myself). While I was at the Britax headquarters a few months ago, I got to see the testing lab and saw a little bit of the testing they have done on the carriers. It is amazing. They thought of everything when it came to testing. I wish I could share all of the things that I saw, but I had to swear on my first born that I wouldn’t. Okay, maybe not that much, but I did have to agree not to share that information. I can let you know that it is eye opening to see the testing that had gone into the carriers (and all Britax products).
