It can be very embarrassing when you wear a sleeveless or short sleeved shirt and life your arms. If you are like me, you’ve always battled with dark coloring under your arms. I never knew why I had the dark coloring and just figured it was my skin tone and I had to deal with it. Well, I found something that works to help get rid of that dark skin in just a few easy steps…….
You want to exfoliate the skin under your arms. This can be hard because the skin is very sensitive. There are facial scrubbing pads you can buy at the store for a few dollars. These work great. Add a little of your body wash to them and scrub the skin under your arms. This will help to remove the dead skin and make it super soft.
Make sure you are using a good razor when you shave. I know they are expensive, but spend the few extra bucks on a good razor! I use men’s razors because they seem to work better for me and last longer. I figure if a men’s razor can make his face super soft, it can do the same to my underarms and legs! The closer the shave, the less likely you will be able to see any hair growth.
The most important thing I’ve found that works is using Dove Clear Tone Deodorant. I was given some to try while out at the Hispanicize conference and have been using it since April. The dark skin under my arms is GONE. I love this deodorant! It works amazingly well! I’m always scared to try a new deodorant. What if it doesn’t work and I start to smell?! Ha! This was never an issue with Dove Clear Tone. It works great, even on the hottest days or while wearing shirts that are tight under my arms.
