Tracfone is a great phone with awesome service, but they have crappy customer service, they don’t speak very well in any language and when they are speaking to my friend they call him MAM, really, you can’t understand between a woman and a man’s voice, because seriously it’s quite distinguishable. No mistaking that he’s a man and that’s where this outsourcing our CS call’s are really quite annoying. Personally I would buy the phone, they have great packages, but I won’t put up with some mumbo jumbo CS, because this wasn’t a 1 time deal, it happens every time!
