This picture was taken at our youngest son’s Kindergarten graduation. He was so proud to finally be a big kid and going into first grade! I love taking pictures of special moments like these and sharing them with friends and family. Not everyone could be there for the graduation, so they have to rely on our pictures to show them how it went and how adorable our little man looked.
There are so many times that our family wishes they could be there with us, but live too far away. They want to see as many pictures as possible of each event to show them exactly what happened and how much the kids are growing up. I like to share information via different social media outlets, Facebook, Twitter, etc. but it’s hard to keep up with all of them. What pictures did I post where and what do I want to save to show the kids when they grow up or pass along to them?
I’ve started using a new website called Lifeables, which pulls information from all of your social media outlets and organizes the posts, pictures and information by child! You can create albums for different events to share with family and friends and even order printed items with them…like books, mugs and calendars. You know grandparents love to get calendars with the grandkids! What a great gift and keepsake!
I thought it was really neat when I created my account, added each of my children, then connected my social media sites. It pulled up over 300 entries! Some was just posts about things happening and others were pictures I had shared along with tid bits from the day. It was fun just look through what Lifeables found for me. Now I will be taking all of those and organizing it into albums for each of the children with different events that have happened.
