Hello?!?!?!??! *looking at phone screen*
HELLO?!?! *grumble grumble*
*redial*
Sorry, my phone must have dropped the call!
How many times have you been through that scenario? I hate to admit I’ve done it more than once…or twice A DAY! It is so frustrating when you are trying to talk with a friend, make an appointment or do whatever else. I had perfect service with my phone….until I moved. For some reason my phone will not work in my house or in my neighborhood for that fact. Why is that?!?? Build me a freaking tower so I can use my phone!
I didn’t get a picture from you? When did you send it?!?
How often have you said that?!? My best friend NEVER gets the pictures I send her. It is the most frustrating thing! I have to email pictures to her, then text her to check her email to tell me how my outfit looks and give me advice on what to change. Super annoying. Those questions are important, and what if I’m already cutting it close on time. Geez, why can’t phone service just WORK?! We are paying for it….just make it work!
In a former life (about 9 years ago..WOW), I worked for a mobile phone service company in the tech support area. We got calls all day long about phones not working inside their house or on a certain street or whatever. It was so frustrating and honestly, I had nothing to tell them as to why it didn’t work…it just didn’t. The signal didn’t get to their phone. Unless I put a tower inside their house, it wouldn’t ever work. That was the hardest thing to tell so many people. ”Our engineers can take a look and see if there is a problem with the tower in your area.” Knowing that it just wasn’t ever going to work.
I love this video! How many times have you called in to customer service and hung up more upset than when you first dialed?! I honestly can not stand having to call into my service provider when I have any type of issue, be it service or billing. I just KNOW I will either a) get someone that I can’t understand or doesn’t understand me or b) they won’t help me, won’t care or will just have a bad attitude. Having a provider that actually cared about my issues would make a HUGE difference in my feelings about them. Hanging up with that sour taste in my mouth does not make me want to stay with the company. Why can’t everyone just be nice and helpful? The world would be a much nicer place!
How do you? What’s the most frustrating part of dealing with your mobile phone provider?

The only problem I face when contacting support for my phone (T-Mobile), is when I can hear my own echo when trying to have a conversation with the rep – I end up hanging up and calling back for a better connection.
I use wifi calling and it really helps~!
OMG my customer service is terrible! I got a new phone once & instead of activating that phone they changed the number on the phone I called in on to have the new phone activated! DUH! Its non stop dropped calls around here. I went back to a cheap no sim card phone & have better service than Ive had in 3 years!
Funny how that happens, right?
I have Verizon and I have never had any issues with connection, call quality, or customer service. The only problem I have ever had I don’t count. My phone wasn’t charging right before the 4th of July so I took it in to figure out what was wrong. They decided I had to swap out the phone for a new one. I didn’t want to be stuck for too long without a good phone, my old phone that I reactivated for the wait was terrible, so I expidited the shipping for just under $14. On receiving the new phone, I learned that the issue was a charger issue and not a phone issue. I went back and they gave me a free charger, that was better than the first one, AND they refunded my $14 in shipping because it was their mistake that I got the replacement phone in the first place.
I hate calling my cell phone provider, because most of the time I get transferred and THAT call drops.
I really hate contacting them, Playing phone tag with them and not getting answers really puts me into a bad mood!
